Are dogs allowed on the campsite?
Of the different types of accommodation, we only allow dogs in the bungalow Club 5, in mobile-homes Marina, Oliva Plus, Mountain5 and Bellavista and in the apartments. There is a supplement of 3,00 €/night per dog.
We accept dogs on most of the plots, however there are areas of plots where pets aren’t allowed.
Can I pay with a card?
We don’t accept credit or debit cards. All accommodation must be paid for on arrival in cash.
What time is check-in and check-out? ?
Check-in for accommodation is between 15:00h and 18:00h. Check-out is maximum 12:00h.
For the plots check-in and check-out is 12:00h.
The reception is open from 8:00h to 00:00h. The latest you can check in is 23:30h.
Where can I park?
All of our accommodation includes a parking space nearby for one vehicle. Accommodation for four people or more includes the right to park a second vehicle in the campsite car park. If you have a plot you can choose between parking the car on the plot or leaving it in the car park.
Can I ride a bike on the campsite?
Yes, most of the campsite is flat and you can get around without crossing any busy roads. The use of bikes isn’t allowed from 00:00h to 8:00h.
Is there entertainment for kids?
Yes, the miniclub is open every weekend and bank holidays and every day from 20th June to 13th September. It’s free for all customers.
Is there a swimming pool?
There are two pool areas, each with an adults pool and a kids pool.

How far is the beach?
The beach is 60 metres from the campsite exit. From the furthest point there’s a 10 minute walk across the site.
Is the beach of sand or rocks?
The beach is of fine sand, and is ideal for kids.
How does the gym work?
It’s open from 11:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 19:00h. All the classes are free. The gym is for over-16s and the classes are for over-14s. For spinning classes you must book a bike.
How does the laundy service work?
The laundry building is open every hour on the dot, from 9:00 to 14:00h and 16:00h to 20:00h. You must purchase a ticket first at reception, 4€ for a 6kg washing-machine and 4€ for the dryer.
Is there Wifi on the campsite?
Most of the campsite has wifi coverage. You must purchase a ticket at reception.

Is there a barbecue area?
No, but all bungalows and mobile-homes have their own barbecue.
Is there a doctor on site?
No. The closest medical centre is in Altafulla, 2 km away. Torredembarra has a 24h centre, which is about 5 km away.
Can you buy gas bottles on the campsite?
Yes, the campsite supermarket sell orange propane bottles and Campingaz refills.
How far is the closest town?
The closest village is Altafulla, 2 km away. It’s about 3 minutes by car or 25 minutes walking distance. We’re 9 km from Tarragona, 20 km from Port Aventura, and about 90 km from Barcelona.
Do the bungalows have air conditioning?
Yes, all our mobile-homes and bungalows do.
Can you choose the bungalow number?
We don’t guarantee a certain number, we do guarantee the model requested in the reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel 30 days before the reservation we return 95% of the deposit. If you cancel 7 or more days before the reservation we return 50% of the deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days before the reservation you lose the full deposit. Bank fees are also deducted from the amount returned.
Are sheets and towels included?
No, but you can rent them at reception. They cost 3,00€ per set of bed linen or towels.
Is it open all year round?
Yes. The summer season starts on March 22nd 2021.
